Features that matter for serious gamers

Cooling. A vapour chamber helps keep frame rates stable over long sessions.
Touch sampling rate. Higher means quicker response to your taps.
Battery and charging. A 5,000mAh or bigger battery with 45W or faster charging.
Storage. 256GB is best if you install several big games.

Check a used gaming phone carefully

Gaming phones are often pushed hard, so:

Look for battery swelling (screen lifting or a gap at the edges).
Play for 10 to 15 minutes to check heat and frame drops.
Check for AMOLED burn-in on a plain grey screen.
Verify the IMEI and PTA status before paying. See how to check a stolen phone.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Infinix GT series good for PUBG? Yes, the GT phones are designed for gaming and handle PUBG well at high settings.

Should I buy a used flagship for gaming? It can be the fastest option, but check heat and battery health. Older flagships often throttle when hot.
